Welcome to AlbumAi! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, desktop application, and related services. By creating an account or using AlbumAi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using our services immediately.

1. What We Do

AlbumAi is built for creative professionals — photographers, studios, and labs — to design, store, and share beautiful digital albums.

• Features for creating, customizing, and managing 3D flipbooks/Albums
• Access to AlbumAi’s web-based and/or desktop application.
• Editing and management features for photographers, designers, and lab owners.
• Shareable viewing links for clients.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “AlbumAi” refers to our company, website, applications, and all related services.
• “User” or “You” means any person or business using AlbumAi.
• “Credit” means the unit used to create one album or flipbook on AlbumAi.
• “Plan” means a subscription or package purchased to access our services.
• “Project” refers to any album, flipbook, or file created on AlbumAi.

3. Your Content & Storage Policy

Your creative work is important to us. Once you create an album, we keep it safe on our servers for as long as your plan remains valid — we do not auto-delete paid projects.

• Our pricing reflects ongoing hosting and server maintenance costs to protect your creations.
• Projects made during a trial period are for testing purposes and may be removed after 30 days unless upgraded.
• Even a one-time paid plan ensures your album stays in storage for the long term.

4. Plans & Credits

AlbumAi operates on a credit-based system:

• Photographers (Studio Plan) – Limited to 3 albums/day.
• Monthly:  ₹199/month (40 credits)
• Half-Yearly:  999/month (500 credits)
• Yearly:  1499/month (Unlimited credits)
• Desining Lab (Lab Plan) – Unlimited daily creations.
• Monthly:  ₹999/month (80 credits)
• Half-Yearly:  5499/month (500 credits)
• Yearly:  10999/month (1200 credits)
• Printing Lab (Lab Plan) – Unlimited daily creations.
• Monthly:  ₹17999/month (1500 credits)
• Half-Yearly:  ₹84999/month (9000 credits)
• Yearly:  ₹161999/month (18000 credits)

5. Fair Usage Policy

To maintain service quality for all users:

• Studio Plans have a daily album creation limit.
• Excessive, automated, or abusive creation activity may result in temporary restrictions.
• Any attempt to manipulate credit usage or bypass limits is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

By using AlbumAi, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful account details.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the platform only for lawful and professional purposes.
• Avoid creating multiple fake accounts to bypass limits.
• Not engage in activities that overload or abuse the platform.

7. Payment Policy

• All payments are processed through secure, third-party gateways.
• We do not store your payment details.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Return & Refund Policy

• No Returns: AlbumAi provides digital services, not physical goods.
• Once a plan or service is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by applicable law.
• It is your responsibility to review features and suitability before purchase.
• For billing issues, contact support@albumai.in  within 7 days of payment.

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, templates, software, and branding belong to AlbumAi or our licensors.
• Users retain rights to the original content they upload but grant AlbumAi a license to store and display it as part of the service.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of AlbumAi’s platform or materials is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AlbumAi strives for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
• Our total liability will not exceed the total amount you have paid us.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of AlbumAi means you accept the new Terms.
